    Assistant Professor of Strategy/Entrepreneurship

    Description

    The Department of Management in the College of Business at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln invites applications for two tenure-track faculty positions at the rank of Assistant Professor, with an expected start date of August 2019. Successful candidates will conduct research and teach in an area of Strategy or Strategy/Entrepreneurship. We seek colleagues with potential for excellent research who can contribute to our Management programs at the undergraduate, MBA, and PhD levels, as well as other areas as appropriate. We are particularly interested in individuals who are strong organizational citizens and interested in being active members of a rich academic community. Salary, benefits, and research support are very competitive and consistent with other Big Ten universities.

    Qualifications
    This position requires either a Ph.D. or DBA from an AACSB College of Business in Management, or the expectation of completion of an appropriate degree by August 2019. Candidates for this position should also have evidence of scholarly interest in the Strategy or Strategy/Entrepreneurship area and an interest in teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

    Preference will be given to those candidates who have published in an elite journal (e.g., AMR, AMJ, Org Sci, SMJ, etc.) and have teaching experience in their respective discipline.
