    @ Andrew Inkpen: Please check out the MicroDesign exercise. It is a negotiation of a technology transfer between two divisions. About 20% of the potential value gets left on the table because the general managers fail to coordinate appropriately. The debrief focuses on incentives and organizational design issues that would increase cooperation. Here is the link to the exercise:
