Theory, Research and Practice
The Africa Academy of Management is delighted to announce its 2nd Biennial
Conference which will be held on January 8-11, 2014 in Gaborone, Botswana.
The conference will bring together scholars from Africa and around the world
who are interested in our theme: Sustainable Development in Africa through
Management Theory, Research and Practice. In accordance with the theme, we
invite papers and symposia on topics focusing on Africa, in all subject
areas of management: international management, human resource management,
organizational behavior, corporate social responsibility, management
education, strategic management, entrepreneurship and other related subject
areas. All manuscripts will be double-blind reviewed. The Deadline for
