Applicants must hold a Ph.D. or DBA, and demonstrate ability to conduct high quality research and teach in a challenging international and professional environment. We are particularly interested in candidates with an interest and ability for developing new academic programs or executive workshops in their field of competence or interest.
The Management department at ESSEC Business School consists of 32 full time faculty with expertise in entrepreneurship, human resources, organizational behavior, organizational theory, and strategy. Members of the Management department have published in all the leading journals (including AMJ, AMR, ASQ, Org Sc, SMJ, Org St, JBV, etc), especially on networks and innovation, non-market strategy, complexity and top management teams.
The ESSEC Campus in Singapore is in full expansion, and an entirely new building is under construction. Singapore is a hub for the Asia-Pacific area, offers a great quality of life and ESSEC is able to offer attractive salary packages.
