    Position Description

     

    The Department of Management in the College of Business at Western New England University seeks applications for a tenure-track faculty position in Management/Strategy to support its undergraduate Arts and Entertainment Management program. The position will be filled for the 2018-2019 academic year.  Applications will be accepted and reviewed until the position is filled. Rank is at the assistant or associate professor level and salary is competitive.

     

    The candidate must have a doctorate in business or a closely related discipline by the position start date, and experience teaching in Management. Academic or professional experience in the Arts & Entertainment industry is required for this position. There is strong preference for a background in Strategy.  A secondary area of teaching may be in Organizational Behavior, Leadership, or Human Resource Management.  The College of Business is accredited by AACSB International. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a record of, or potential for, intellectual contributions consistent with the expectations of an AACSB accredited teaching institution.
