Tom Hench (Feb 18m 2006) recommended Andy Grove's (1994) "Only the
Paranoid Survive," as an example of strategic inflection
points/complexity. Grove offers a "six forces" framework using Porter's
five-forces model and incorporating complementarity to the strategy map.
He then provides an analysis of Intel based on this.

Subject: Five Forces Example
I am introducing the Five Forces model to students.
In addition to going through and discussing the model- I wanted to give
them
an example of a real one.
Is anyone aware of a "real-world" fives forces analysis (in the public
domain) which is available? Maybe about 5-10 pages worth.
Thanks in advance.
