    Tenure Track Strategy Position at Quinnipiac University

     

    The Entrepreneurship and Strategy Department in the School of Business at Quinnipiac University is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time tenure track position, rank open, in strategic management beginning August 2014.  Tenure track faculty are expected to excel at teaching, research, and service to students and the university community.

     

    Specific job requirements include developing and teaching undergraduate and graduate-level, on-site and on-line courses in Strategy as well as contributions to specific University and School wide courses. The ideal candidate will support the department in guiding, advising, and mentoring students. Tenure track faculty will maintain an active research agenda that will lead to publications in nationally or internationally recognized journals. A demonstrated ability to publish in the area of Strategic Management is required. Service to the University community is required.

     

    Minimum qualifications for candidates include:  a PhD in Strategy or related field; evidence of teaching effectiveness; evidence of the ability to publish in the field(s) of Strategic Management. ABDs with evidence of teaching effectiveness in addition to a well-developed research agenda may be considered.

    2.      a current CV, including details of teaching experience and summary of teaching effectiveness, research achievements, service, and;

    3.      the names and contact information of three references on the application form.

     

    Reference letters, formal teaching evaluations and copies of research papers will only be required at a later stage.
