Good morning colleagues. A colleague of mine and I are examining executive
compensation plans that reward either (a) something OTHER THAN primarily
financial performance, or (b) reward a combination of BOTH financial and
non-financial performance measures.
Do any of you have examples of companies - preferably publicly-traded ones -
that use such "alternative" executive compensation schemes? Please let me
