Dear colleagues,
I am looking for a research instrument concerning social ties among individuals within their organisations. I will administrate in the next months a survey questionnaire (on-line to employees). I have built a questionnaire based on a literature review concerning various other concepts. However, I have not yet decided the "social ties" section in the questionnaire.
Some advices, some references and / or research instruments are welcome.
