    Dear friends and colleagues,

     

    To celebrate the publication of our Special Issue on "Management Consulting and Uncertainty" (guest editors: Robin Fincham, Michael Mohe and David Seidl) the publisher is granting free access to all papers in the issue until December 9th, 2013. As you will see, the papers use uncertainty as a central metaphor for taking stock of wide-ranging developments in research on consultancy, both in terms of the basic idea of consultants as uncertainty reducers for management, and many other interesting ways that consultants' uncertain position in client organizations plays out.
