Dear Colleagues,
If you are interested in mergers and acquisitions, particularly concerning post-merger integration, we have an appealing PDW for you! With a mixture of presentations, discussions, and breakout sessions we hope this PDW will be highly interactive and insightful. Post-merger integration is a complex and challenging process that has attracted much attention from scholars and practitioners, and bears important consequences for organizational performance. To deepen our understanding of the process, this PDW brings together scholars from diverse sub-disciplines along with executives that manage and live through post-merger integration. The goal of this workshop is to share cutting edge research and teaching and reflect on recent contributions of the field, to gain deeper insight from thoughtful practitioners, and thus bridge scholars from various sub-disciplines and practitioners to advance our understanding of post-merger integration.
