    Dear Colleagues

    Apologies for cross-posting;

    I am acting as one of the track chairs for the Strategic Management, Organization Theory, and Knowledge Management track (Track 1) of the ICAM (International Conference on Advances in Management), which will be held in Boston this year.

    This is a smaller conference typically, where the collegial atmosphere makes it productive to connect to colleagues. This year the conference will be held from July 16 to 19 in Boston and will be held jointly with the first Annual Conference on Social Intelligence. In addition, there is Writer's Workshop from July 13 to 15.

    You are invited to submit a 1200–1500 word (about 4 double spaced typed pages) summary of your paper and/or proposal for a symposium(s) for review to the Strategic Management, Organization Theory, and Knowledge Management track (Track 1) at the ICAM website www.icam1990.com. The deadline for submissions is February 15

    Each submission should include the name, affiliation, phone, fax, and email of each author. Symposium proposals must include a statement of objectives and a two-page summary of each presentation.

    Distinguished Speakers at the conference will be

     Dr. James A. Carter, Harvard Medical School (Managing psychosocial problems in spaceflights)
    Dr. John Grant, University of Northern Colorado (Strategic performance)
    Dr. Eric von Hippel, MIT Sloan School of Management (Innovation)

    Please consider submitting a paper. Thank you for your consideration
