I am writing to let you know about a tenure track faculty position in Diversity Management at Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business for which we will be recruiting at the upcoming Academy of Management meetings. The successful candidate will also serve as Director of the Department of Management's Business Diversity Center. Please note that the rank is open and that we define diversity in a broad sense to encompass research and education on the management of an international workforce both in domestic and foreign settings, in addition to more traditional work on differences related to race, gender, ethnicity, sex, religion, age, physical and mental ability, sexual orientation, etc. Also please note that we are looking for who can teach and do research in a secondary management area in addition to diversity management.
