Associate/Full Professor in Human Resource Management and Coordinator, Master of Science in Industrial Relations Program
The Department of Management in the College of Business and Economics at West Virginia University invites applications for a tenure-track position at the Associate or Full Professor rank starting in August 2017. Qualified applicants will be considered for awarding tenure. Salary and benefits are AACSB-competitive and appropriate for experience and qualifications.

Candidates with a Ph.D. in Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Industrial and Labor Relations, or closely related field, with specialization in Human Resources Management and/or Organizational Behavior are encouraged to apply. We are especially interested in candidates with research interests in Organizational Behavior and/or Human Resource Management. Teaching responsibilities will be primarily in Human Resource Management. Applicants must have a record of scholarly productivity and demonstrated classroom excellence, commensurate with rank and experience.
Responsibilities include scholarly research, instruction at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, and service to the institution and profession. This position also includes an administrative component as the coordinator of the Master of Science in Industrial Relations program, which is the college's graduate program in human resource management.
