Open position(s) as Professor with special responsibilities in Strategic Organization Design
The Strategic Organization Design unit at the Department for Marketing & Management, University of Southern Denmark, invites applications for one or more positions as Professor with special responsibilities. We are among the leading international research groups in the area of strategy, organization design, and organization science. The SOD group comprises 12 researchers and includes external members and adjunct professors at Pompeu Fabra, INSEAD, Stanford University, and the Wharton School. Our research agenda addresses important and interesting unsolved questions relating to organizational design and adaptation, including the role of AI and new emergent technologies. We are looking for candidates with a strong passion for research and a desire to work on groundbreaking ideas. We encourage applications from the fields of strategy and organization science, but also from neighboring fields such as behavioral economics, organizational economics, social psychology, decision science, and computer science.
