CGIR Junior Scholar Consortium and PDW (October 2, 2026)

    HEC Mo
    ntréal, Quebec, Canada

The 12th Annual Conference of the International Corporate Governance Society will take place from October 2 to October 4 (Friday to Sunday), 2026 at HEC Montréal (Quebec, Canada). The conference provides a forum for international academics and policymakers to showcase and discuss the latest corporate governance research issues and practices.

Bringing together academics from management, finance, accounting, international business, and law, the 2026 conference seeks to promote cross-disciplinary dialogue on how boards, executives, investors, states, and regulators can shape purposeful governance in a rapidly changing and globally interconnected business environment.

Prior to the conference, on October 2, we will hold the Corporate Governance: An International Review Junior Scholar Consortium and PDW. The event, sponsored by Wiley, is organized in close collaboration between ICGS and CGIR, and involves current and former CGIR Editors. A 500 USD prize will be awarded for the best paper/proposal submitted to the workshop. Each participating author will have the opportunity to receive tailored developmental feedback from CGIR Editors. See HERE for more information.

The deadline for submissions to the Conference and the Consortium and PDW is May 31, 2026.

For more information about the Conference, please visit the conference website. You may submit a paper via this link. Acceptance decisions will be communicated by July 1, 2026.
