Curious about novel approaches in organizational evaluation processes? What is the role of AI in evaluation?

Join us at AOM in Copenhagen for a PDW that brings together leading scholars in the field to explore how evaluations are being rethought-from metrics, formats, framing strategies, and AI.

We seek to explore innovations in evaluation beyond traditional performance-based frameworks in professional and entrepreneurial settings. As interest grows in rethinking evaluation design, we consider the role of emerging technologies like AI and its interaction with human expertise in reshaping how value is created and captured. This includes reexamining how problems and solutions are framed and how aspects such as novelty, feasibility, business models, and impact are measured, presented, and evaluated.
