    Consortium for Educator-Track Faculty:

Competencies for a Changing Management Education Landscape

    Dear Colleagues,

Are you a Clinical Professor, Professor of Practice, Lecturer, or Non-Tenure-Track (NTT) faculty member teaching strategy, international management, organizational behavior, or a related subject in management? Or perhaps a DBA student or practitioner planning your transition into these teaching-focused academic roles?

We invite you to join us at the Consortium for Educator-Track Faculty at the Academy of Management's upcoming annual meeting in Philadelphia. Framed around Thriving as Educator-Track Faculty in Evolving Business Schools, participants at this consortium will engage in roundtable discussions across three interconnected areas: (i) Adapting professional expertise to academic roles; (ii) Navigating institutional expectations and career pathways; and (iii) Collaborating across institutions and divisions. This PDW will be led by facilitators with extensive experience and expertise in their respective fields. We look forward to seeing you!
