Deadline extended - AOM 2026 PDW: Video and Board Games as Context

Thanks to everyone who has submitted so far. By request, we're extending the deadline for research ideas and proposals to Friday, 10 July 2026.

This PDW (sponsored by STR; co-sponsored by TIM, ENT, OB, and OMT) brings together scholars using - or planning to use - video and board games to study strategy, innovation, and organizing. Submit a one-page research idea and you'll be matched into a small paper development roundtable for targeted feedback from presenters and panelists. Doctoral students and early-career scholars especially encouraged.

Email your submission to Helge Klapper (hklapper@purdue.edu) and Anthony Gibbs (ragibbs@purdue.edu), subject line "AOM 2026 PDW - Games as Context: Submission."

Attending doesn't require a submission - anyone interested in games as a research context is welcome. See you in Philadelphia!
