The STR Division is pleased to sponsor the 2024 Junior Faculty Consortium during the Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management.
The STR Junior Faculty Consortium brings together both teaching- and research-oriented faculty who have recently completed their PhD programs. The objective is to enhance the scholarship, teaching, and overall professional development of faculty in early stages of their careers at different types of institutions across the world. The consortium seeks to provide opportunities for participants to engage in research discussions with peers and distinguished scholars, exchange ideas about research and teaching practices, and other aspects of their career. In response to overwhelming demand, the consortium is set to return to an in-person format and will be held at one of the conference venues on during the AoM meeting in Chicago in August 2024.
The consortium co-chairs are Anu Wadhwa (Imperial College London) and Francisco Polidoro (The University of Texas, Austin).
