    Can redefining the purpose of the corporation be helpful in solving social problems? At AoM, The diverse panel will discuss this question in detail on Monday, Aug 7 2023, 2:00PM - 3:30PM in Boston Park Plaza, Arlington Room - Mezzanine Level, 2nd Floor.
    Our panel includes pro-stakeholder theory (R. Edward Freeman and Colin Mayer), balanced views supporting CSR but recognizing tradeoffs/potential for deception (Ranjay Gulati and Wren Montgomery), and critical views of CSR (@Luigi Marengo).
