We are excited to invite you to our PDW at this year's AOM, "Political Orientation and CEO Decision-Making: When and How Do They Matter?"
The PDW brings together John R. Busenbark, M.K. Chin, Abhinav Gupta, and Daniel Keum, with Aparna Joshi serving as discussant, to discuss how CEOs' political orientations shape strategic and organizational decisions in an increasingly polarized environment.
We will discuss emerging research on CEO ideology, political engagement, ideological intensity, social preferences, and related topics. We will also explore promising directions for future research.
