We are excited to invite you to our presenter symposium, "Leveraging Strategic Human Capital for Entrepreneurial Performance." Different types of human capital at different levels of analysis are introduced, thereby highlighting novel mechanisms of how they influence entrepreneurial ventures' strategy and performance.
