    Pick Your Taco AOM Lunch Event
    This lunch is intended for attendees of the Pick Your Protein: Culture, Emotions, and Contestation in the Emergence of Alt-Protein Markets symposium (10:45–12:15, Sheraton Horizon's Rooftop) to continue the conversations we started at the session. If you work on food systems, alternative proteins, or related areas but couldn't attend the symposium, you're still welcome - just let us know in the form.
    Lunch features authentic Puerto Rican recipes with a plant-based twist at Bar Bombón (133 S 18th St, ~12 min walk from the Sheraton).
    The cost is approximately $36 per person.  Payment details will be shared once your signup is confirmed. PhD students who need a subsidized rate can indicate this in the form.
