The Institute of Management and Organization (IMO) at Faculty of Economics at Università della Svizzera italiana (USI) (Switzerland) invites for informal interviews at the Academy of Management (AoM) Annual Meeting 2025 in Copenhagen, for an Assistant Professor position (tenure track) in Management.

The position
The Faculty of Economics of USI provides a young and dynamic environment with strong research competences in the areas of economics, finance, and management. The position is affiliated with the Institute of Management and Organization (IMO) that coordinates research and teaching in the field of management (for more information, see https://imo.usi.ch/en ).
The candidate's profile
The ideal candidate holds a research focus in any area of Management (e.g., Entrepreneurship, Operations, Organizational Behavior, Organization Theory, Strategy, Technology and Innovation, etc.). We are looking for ambitious candidates who can publish in top-tier journals, acquire competitive grants, and teach in a multi-cultural environment. The new professor is expected to contribute to undergraduate, master, and PhD programs, supervise doctoral students, and actively participate in the development of the Institute, the Faculty, and the University.
