    Are you planning to attend the 2026 Academy of Management (AOM) Annual Meeting in Philadelphia? Would you like to get more involved in the Strategic Management (STR) Division?
    We are now seeking applications to join the STR Ambassador Team for AOM 2026.
    The STR Ambassador role offers a valuable opportunity to support the division's in-person programming and community-building activities. It is especially well-suited for PhD students, early-career scholars, and members attending the AOM conference for the first or second time.
    As an STR Ambassador, you will:
    • Assist STR Officers and Executive Committee members with organizing and supporting in-person conference sessions;
    • Help coordinate and participate in social activities, such as the STR Happy Hour, STR Soccer Game, and STR Morning Runs;
    • Organize local experiences in Philadelphia, including walking tours, museum visits, or local cuisine outings;
    • Represent the STR Division and engage with fellow members across conference venues.

    Please note that the STR Membership Engagement Committee is unable to offer financial assistance to ambassadors, as funding support falls outside the scope of this role and is handled by other units.
