    Dear Colleague,

We are pleased to invite you to contribute to the upcoming Handbook of Human-Centric AI in Organizations, to be published by Edward Elgar.

As artificial intelligence continues to transform how organizations operate, this volume explores a vital question: How can we design and apply AI in ways that respect human values and promote social good?

The handbook, edited by Yashar Salamzadeh (University of Sunderland), Nicola Cucari (Sapienza University of Rome), and Massimo Chiriatti (Lenovo), will offer fresh insights into the ethical, strategic, and practical dimensions of AI in organizational settings.

We welcome high-quality chapters that address topics such as:

    • The foundations of human-centric AI

    • AI applications in public, private, and non-profit sectors

    • Designing and implementing inclusive, people-first AI

    • Governance, ethics, and global regulatory frameworks

    • Future trends, challenges, and the role of human-AI collaboration

Deadline for abstract submission (300–500 words): July 1, 2025
✉️ Please send your abstract to: Yashar.Salamzadeh@sunderland.ac.uk and Nicola.cucari@uniroma1.it

We hope you will consider contributing to this timely and important volume, and we look forward to your ideas.

    Best regards
