    Call for Papers – Special Issue of California Management Review

    We are excited to announce a special issue on Legal and Regulatory Entrepreneurship, and we are still accepting submissions until March 10, 2026. If your research examines how firms actively shape their legal and regulatory environments (through interactions with regulators, legislators, courts, or other legal authorities), we would love to see your work.

    We are especially interested in research that illuminates how organizations strategically engage with law and regulation to drive innovation, competition, and growth. This special issue aims to bring together scholarship that speaks to both theory and practice, in the spirit of California Management Review.

    Submission deadline: March 10
