2025 STR Junior Faculty Consortium Announcement
The STR Division is pleased to sponsor the 2025 Junior Faculty Consortium during the Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management.
The STR Junior Faculty Consortium brings together both teaching- and research-oriented faculty who have recently completed their PhD programs. The objective is to enhance the scholarship, teaching, and overall professional development of faculty in early stages of their careers at different types of institutions across the world. The consortium seeks to provide opportunities for participants to engage in research discussions with peers and distinguished scholars, exchange ideas about research and teaching practices, and other aspects of their career. The consortium will be held in an in-person format at one of the conference venues during the AoM meeting in Copenhagen in July 2025.
The consortium co-chairs are Francisco Polidoro (The University of Texas at Austin) and Lourdes Sosa (London School of Economics). The tentative faculty panel includes (by last name in alphabetic order): Oliver Alexy (TUM), Janet Bercovitz (U Colorado-Boulder), Melissa Graebner (U Illinois Urbana-Champaign), Ronald Klingebiel (Frankfurt School of Finance and Management), Thorbjørn Knudsen (U Southern Denmark), Michael Leatherbee (Universidad Católica de Chile), Joon Mahn Lee (Seoul National U), Denisa Mindruta (HEC Paris), and Elisa Operti (ESSEC).
