CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS: STR Junior Faculty Consortium 2026
2026 STR Junior Faculty Consortium Announcement
The STR Division is pleased to sponsor the 2026 Junior Faculty Consortium during the Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management.
The STR Junior Faculty Consortium brings together both teaching- and research-oriented faculty who have recently completed their PhD programs. The objective is to enhance the scholarship, teaching, and overall professional development of faculty in early stages of their careers at different types of institutions across the world. The consortium seeks to provide opportunities for participants to engage in research discussions with peers and distinguished scholars, exchange ideas about research and teaching practices, and other aspects of their career. The consortium will be held in an in-person format at one of the conference venues during the AoM meeting in Philadelphia in July-August 2026.
The consortium co-chairs are Cameron Miller (Syracuse University) and Lourdes Sosa (London School of Economics). The tentative faculty panel includes (by last name in alphabetic order): Andreea Kiss (Lehigh University), Metin Sengul (University of Texas at Austin), Rocio Bonet (IE University), Eun-Hee Kim (Fordham University), Tony Tong (University of Colorado, Boulder), Valentina Tartari (Stockholm School of Economics), Keld Laursen (Copenhagen Business School), Pavel Zhelyazkov (The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology), and Roberto Vassolo (IAE, Argentina).
Please look out for details on how to apply for the consortium in the Spring STR Newsletter and other STR communication channels. If you have questions, please feel free to reach out to us.
Best wishes,
Cameron (cdmiller@syr.edu) and Lourdes (L.Sosa@lse.ac.uk)
