    👩‍🎓 Who should apply?
    • Within 5 years of first faculty appointment, or currently a postdoc
    • Actively engaged in SIM and/or ONE-related research

    📝 Application materials
    1.    CV
    2.    Brief motivation letter (indicate your primary AOM division and 3-5 keywords that represent your research interests)
    3.    A working manuscript (<35 pages) that you are preparing for publication. It should be a sole-authored or co-authored paper you lead, and it cannot be already accepted or published.

    🌱 We may offer a limited number of travel grants for members without home-institution support, but funding is not guaranteed. To be considered, indicate in your application that you are requesting a travel grant, whether you are applying through SIM or ONE, and that your home institution cannot provide support. Decisions will be shared when PDW results are released.
