Are you working on research grounded in African experiences? We invite you to join our Academy of Management PDW titled "Research Grounded in African Experiences: Inclusive Editorial Practices" at #2025AOM– and receive constructive feedback on your work!
Part 1: Open to all – Panelists will reflect on inclusive editorial practices that elevate diverse African perspectives and discuss reimagining the publication process beyond paper development workshops, including guidance on alternative dissemination for rejected manuscripts.
