Colleagues,
Innovation North's next speaker on systems innovation is
David Peter Stroh
, who will draw from his book
Systems Thinking for Social Change
to show how systems thinking, while complex, can be applied in highly accessible and effective ways. The session will focus on frameworks such as systems archetypes and the four-stage change process, and will illustrate through real world cases and stories how they help diagnose systemic structures, surface unintended consequences, and guide organizations toward strategies that support lasting, system-wide change.
David Peter Stroh is a founding partner of
Bridgeway Partners
and a founding director of
www.appliedsystemsthinking.com
. He was also one of the founders of Innovation Associates, the consulting firm whose pioneering work in the area of organizational learning formed the basis for fellow cofounder Peter Senge's management classic The Fifth Discipline.
The event will take place online on March 11 from 1-2 PM EST.
