    Interested in living in Melbourne, Australia? The Department of Management at Monash University is now seeking a new Lecturer in Strategic Management. Monash is a worldwide Top 50 university and global leader in research, education, and industry engagement. The Department of Management encompasses areas such as strategy, leadership, organisational behaviour, HRM, operations, and more, and it is committed to the UN's Sustainable Development Goals and PRME principles. We maintain active programs of research and scholarly activity including publishing in top journals. Our teaching is high impact and inclusive, largely aimed at large, culturally diverse undergraduate and postgraduate cohorts. Our collegial culture fosters excellence, with strong research support, and often includes industry partnerships. 

    Requirements

    As the successful candidate, you will possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively across education and service sectors. You will have a proven track record of scholarly research in leading journals alongside demonstrated excellence in tertiary teaching and student engagement. Your commitment to research, ability to work positively with diverse teams and external partners, and a collegiate approach to collaboration will be key to your success in this role. The job is based at our main Melbourne campus and the successful candidate would be expected to live in Melbourne or the state of Victoria.
