Hello everyone!

I'm a PhD candidate in Administration at FGV EBAPE (Brazil). My home discipline is accounting, and my research lies at the intersection of accounting and strategic management. My work focuses on corporate governance, sustainability, and corporate behavior, with particular interests in corporate and managerial misconduct, ESG disclosure credibility and decoupling, internal controls, audit quality, and financial reporting.

Using archival and exogenous data and causal empirical methods, I examine how governance mechanisms and institutional environments influence corporate behavior, strategic decision-making, and sustainability outcomes. One of my papers was designated a 2026 AOM Best Paper and selected as one of three finalists for the 2026 AOM SIM Outstanding Business Ethics Paper Award.
