Tenure-track Assistant Professor of Strategic Management - Starting Fall 2024
Elon University located in Elon, North Carolina cordially invites applications for an Assistant Professor position in Strategic Management. This is a tenure-track position in the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business' Department of Management and Entrepreneurship, starting in Fall 2024. This position will teach graduate and undergraduate courses in strategic management and Elon's Core Curriculum. To that end, we provide substantial support to enhance faculty's research and teaching, such as a pre-tenure teaching sabbatical, course releases, course development workshops, access to teaching consultants, and more.
Candidates are required to have earned a doctorate from an AACSB-accredited university in the field of strategic management or a related field prior to the start date. Candidates are required to have taught a management course for at least one semester as an instructor of record and demonstrate evidence of effective teaching. Furthermore, the candidate must have an active research pipeline in management, as evidenced by peer-reviewed conference presentations and/or publications.
