CUNEF Universidad invites applications for Teaching Professor / Lecturer positions (open rank) in various fields, including Strategy, Entrepreneurship, International Business, Organizational Behavior, Marketing, and Operations Management. Positions are available at our Madrid campus, starting in September 2025.
We seek candidates with a strong teaching vocation, who can contribute actively to our undergraduate and graduate programs. We especially value experience in MBA and executive education in key management areas. Successful candidates will be expected to engage in the development of teaching materials, case studies, and other innovative pedagogical resources.

The Department of Management at CUNEF Universidad is dedicated to delivering an outstanding educational experience through innovative teaching methods and real-world applications. Qualifications
An ideal candidate would have:
- Substantial industry and/or consulting experience.
- Teaching experience at MBA and executive levels.
- Excellent teaching evaluations from a top business school.
- Experience in course development and business case writing.
- An advanced degree (DBA, Ph.D.) in management or related fields (not required but highly valued).
