Position Summary: The Department of Management at Michigan State University seeks a fixed term (teaching-oriented) faculty member specializing in strategic management beginning in August 2025. Responsibilities focus on teaching undergraduate strategic management (MGT 409 "Business Policy and Strategic Management"). The appointment could be for only the fall semester at 100% appointment or for the full academic year at 75% appointment. This is a short-term opportunity without expectation of reappointment. All teaching is in person on the MSU campus in East Lansing, Michigan.

Qualifications: Candidates should hold a degree in a relevant area of scholarship and be able to teach a diverse student population, including international students. The Instructor rank requires a master's degree. The Assistant Professor rank requires a doctoral degree. Candidates should be able to demonstrate exceptional ability or potential as a classroom instructor through peer or student evaluations and/or experience in strategic management.
