Organization Science
Paper Development Workshop

Organization Science, in collaboration with Peking University Guanghua School of Management, will offer a paper development workshop (PDW) in Beijing on December 11, 2025.
The goal of the PDW is to help scholars in this region position their manuscripts for possible submission to Organization Science. The workshop will be led by Prof. Lamar Pierce (Editor-in-Chief, Washington University in St. Louis) along with other senior editors-Prof. Guoli Chen, Prof. Andrew Knight, Prof. Jackson Lu, Prof. Alex Murray, Prof. Giacomo Negro, Prof. Danqing Wang, and Prof. Yanbo Wang. The editorial team will share insights about publishing in the journal, followed by face-to-face feedback through paper presentations and roundtable discussions.
Prospective participants are invited to submit their research proposals to osw_gsm_2025@163.com with the subject "PKU OS PDW" by October 15, 2025. Each participant may submit only one proposal. Please include in a single PDF file:
1. A cover page with all authors' names, e-mails, and affiliations.
2. The research proposal (extended abstract only, no more than 7 pages, double-spaced, excluding tables, figures, and references).
Authors will be notified about the status of their submissions by November 11, 2025. Details about registration and local arrangements will be provided in the acceptance letter.
The PDW will be free for participants with accepted proposals. Coffee, refreshments, and lunch will be provided. Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs. For questions about the event, please contact Xiaoteng Wu (xiaoteng@gsm.pku.edu.cn).
