ESCP Business School invites applications for a PhD fellow position in Management with a focus on Social Sustainability starting in September 2022. The PhD candidate receives a full scholarship for 4 years (information about the scholarship can be obtained from https://escp.eu/programmes/doctoral-programmes/paris), including a tuition waiver.
The PhD candidate will work on a cutting-edge research project in the area of corporate social sustainability and its impact on organizational innovation. Corporate social sustainability is a topic of increasing importance in today's world. Although corporate innovation is an important economic driver, social sustainability and innovation have rarely been researched together.

- You will be part of a large research community that includes 6 European campuses with many professors and other PhD students.
- You will be admitted to the Paris PhD program at ESCP Business School and will spend your first year there. Afterwards, you are free to choose between the ESCP campuses in Berlin, London or Paris.
To qualify you should have:
- Completed or are about to complete a degree in management (ideally with a focus on operations, marketing, sustainability or related subjects) and/or econometrics with outstanding performance.
- A high level of enthusiasm for scientific work.
- An initial knowledge of empirical research.
- Very good English language skills.
- An interest in social sustainability related research topics.
- A strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
