Conference Overview
The Geospatial Business Analytics Conference brings together scholars and practitioners to showcase research using geospatial datasets and analytical techniques in business disciplines, including accounting, economics, finance, international business, management, marketing, real estate, and strategic management. Leveraging Saint Louis University's partnership with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, the Taylor Geospatial Institute, and the region's position as a geospatial innovation hub, the conference aims to foster interdisciplinary collaboration on location-based research and practice.
Why Participate?
- Present high-impact research using spatial data from mobile devices, satellite imagery, financial transactions, APIs, etc. to explore new empirical questions.

Submission Guidelines
Submission types: Manuscripts reporting original contributions in any business-related field using geospatial techniques or data. As this conference is developmental, manuscripts need not be in the form of a completed academic paper ready for journal submission.
Proceedings: Accepted papers will have the opportunity to be included in an online conference proceedings volume. This does not restrict future submission to academic journals.
Submission deadline: January 10, 2026. There is no submission fee.
Notification of acceptance: February 28, 2026

Registration: Participation is free of charge. Please register by March 8, 2026 [here]. All participants who are interested in attending are welcome to register, for free.
Travel support: The conference will provide accommodations for all presenters and discussants.
