    POSITION: The Department of Entrepreneurship in the Farmer School of Business at Miami University invites applications for Visiting Assistant Professor or Instructor of Entrepreneurship and Creativity to teach multiple sections of ESP 103: Creativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurial Thinking. The appointment begins Fall 2022.  

    BACKGROUND: The FYIC is an innovative four course bundle that teaches students critical skills such as critical thinking, creative thinking, computational thinking & coding, ethical thinking, communication, and collaboration. As an ESP 103 teacher, you will be a part of a team of faculty who working collaboratively to integrate these key skills across all four FYIC classes (BUS 101: Foundations of Business; BUS 102: Foundations of Business Communication; ESP 103: Creativity, Innovation, and Entrepreneurial Thinking; and BUS 104: Introduction to Computational Thinking for Business).

    REQUIRED: Ph.D. in business, creative studies, or closely related fields by the date of appointment for a Visiting Assistant Professor position or a master's degree in business, creative studies, or closely related fields by the date of appointment for an Instructor position.

    Position not eligible for H-1B sponsorship.

    DESIRED: Consideration may be given to candidates with teaching or work experience related to general entrepreneurship. start-up, corporate, creative, or social entrepreneurship.
