    Dear colleagues,

     

    I would like to draw your attention to a great opportunity for a 3-year Postdoctoral Fellow position at the Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship Department of the Rotterdam School of Management. 

     

    The position is part of a large-scale research project entitled "Addressing the gendered odds of new venture founding and funding" and will be under the supervision of Pursey Heugens and myself. For this project, we are planning to design and test cutting-edge interventions that help to support female founders in scaling their ventures. We will conduct field experiments with Dutch partners to drive real societal impact.
