    Are you passionate about advancing research at the intersection of business strategy and sustainability? UCLA is hiring a Postdoctoral Scholar for a unique joint position with the UCLA Anderson School of Management and the UCLA Institute of the Environment and Sustainability (IoES) and the U. This is a fantastic opportunity for strategy scholars to deepen their expertise in sustainability research while collaborating with leading faculty across disciplines.
    �� Key Responsibilities:
    • Conducting original research on strategy, organizations, and sustainability
    • Collaborating on interdisciplinary projects across management and environmental sciences
    • Contributing to academic publications and presenting findings at seminars and workshops
    �� Basic Qualifications:
    • Ph.D. in strategy, economics, behavioral science, or a related field (completed within the past five years)
    • Strong writing skills and demonstrated quantitative analytical abilities

    • Start Date: October 1, 2025, or later
    • Duration: Two years
    • Location: UCLA campus, Los Angeles, California (in person)

Magali Delmas is a professor of management at the UCLA Anderson School of Management and the UCLA Institute of the Environment & Sustainability.In 2020, she was appointed faculty director of Impact@Anderson.Her research interests lie primarily in the areas of business strategy, corporate sustainability and socially responsible investing.
