    Please join us on July 20 2023, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm EST, for the Corporate Strategy Masterclass on "Governance Choices" with Gautam Ahuja (Cornell University) and Harbir Singh (The Wharton School), who will present the state of the literature, followed by a Q&A session from the audience.

    Corporate Strategy Masterclasses are one-hour virtual seminars that cover "basic" topics, as a review of the state of the literature on big topics on corporate strategy. These are a fantastic resource for Ph.D. seminars, MBA teaching, or simply to get a quick 1-hour immersion in a literature guided by "Master" academics. This session is presented and organized by the Corporate Strategy Interest Group Interest Group of the Strategic Management Society. This online session requires pre-registration and is open to SMS members interested in this topic.
