This hands-on workshop is designed to introduce strategy scholars to AI-assisted research in a practical and accessible way-no prior coding or AI experience required.
Participants will gain applied skills through interactive demos and exercises using open-source tools such as GitHub, Google Colab, R, Python, and Gemini (Google's AI model).
Workshop Topics and Leads:

-
Text Analysis and Classification – Natalie Carlson (University of Pennsylvania)
The session will conclude with an open discussion on best practices, limitations, and ethical considerations in using AI for research.
We warmly encourage you to join us for this interactive and timely session. Whether you are curious about AI or already experimenting with it, this workshop will provide tools and insights to integrate AI effectively into your research.
We look forward to seeing many of you there!
