    Dear Friends of Strategy Science:

I am pleased to announce our first virtual special issue entitled, "Strategy Science's Contributions to Doctoral Reading Lists", written and compiled by Daniel Levinthal and Gwendolyn Lee. Strategy Science is committed to publishing work that meaningfully enhances our understanding of substantive issues in strategy, and as the authors suggest, "there is no more important forum for these conversations than the doctoral seminar room."  To help us all "keep [our] seminar discussions fresh", these authors have compiled a reading list of key contributions in the journal to date.  This is designed to be a "living" virtual special issue that will be updated periodically, informed by the authors' ongoing curation and the observed use patterns in PhD seminars.  Please enjoy the reading list.

On a related note, with the aim of both keeping this virtual special issue current and also providing an important input to our Strategy Science Best Paper Award process, we are interested in knowing what Strategy Science papers you have added to your PhD course syllabi in the past five years. Please send this input to strategyscience@eccles.utah.edu/" target="_blank" title="http://strategyscience@eccles.utah.edu/" rel="noopener">strategyscience@eccles.utah.edu by Monday, April 24th. Thank you for helping us assess papers that make important contributions to our field.

I thank you and hope you will connect with us on LinkedIn, follow us on Twitter, and if your library has yet to subscribe to Strategy Science, I hope you will send them a note of encouragement (or shame).

    Sincerely,

    Todd Zenger
