    As you may recall from prior announcements, on August 5th through August 8th, we convened the Utah Strategy Summit at Deer Valley-the first such strategy summit in the field since the Napa Conference 34 years ago.
     
    With primary sponsorship from the Lassonde Social Entrepreneur Program at the University of Utah, Strategy Science, and the ION Management Science Lab at Bocconi, and with additional support from a variety of other institutions, the Summit was a wonderful experience for all who attended in person or watched via live streaming. 
     
    We wanted to make you aware that the media presentations for all ten plenary sessions are now available for viewing on the website below:

    Presentation slides can also be viewed by clicking on the speaker's name within each panel. Information on the titles of these 10 plenary sessions as well as speakers for each session are listed below, though active links to the presentations and slides are only available at the link above.
     
    Strategy Science is also pleased to issue a Special Issue call for journal-quality academic paper submissions related to the themes of the Summit. Those interested in having a manuscript considered for this Special Issue should submit their papers to Strategy Science before June 30, 2025. 
     
    We note that a focused Special Issue call from Strategy Science on the topic, "Can AI Do Strategy?" that relates to a Summit theme has been issued and is being handled by a separate set of editors. Manuscripts on the broader Summit theme of how AI will shape strategy are still welcome under this Summit-related Special Issue open call.
     
    We hope you enjoy watching these plenary sessions and consider developing an academic manuscript on one of these themes vital to the continued development of our field.
