The Department of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the Hebrew University Business School seeks candidates interested in joining our group in a tenure-track position beginning July 2026.
We seek highly qualified researchers with a strong record of academic publications on firm performance, innovation, entrepreneurship, international business, and corporate strategy. We welcome applicants from all areas of Strategy and OT, with expertise in either qualitative or quantitative methods.
Applicants must hold either a Ph.D. degree granted outside of Israel or significant postdoc experience outside of Israel. The ideal candidate will have a clear and substantial scholarly agenda and demonstrate an ability to publish innovative and high-quality research in top-tier journals. The position is open to all ranks, with preference given to junior candidates.
Applicants will be expected to teach both undergraduate and graduate (MBA) courses, supervise graduate students, and contribute to department, school, and university activities. The invitation is open to Israeli and international scholars (teaching in either Hebrew or English).
