"The Big Six Model of AI Trust: A Unifying Framework and 20-Item Scale for Knowledge Creation," has been published in the Journal of Knowledge Management.

This paper has been a meaningful project for our team. As AI becomes a bigger part of how people make decisions, solve problems, and create knowledge at work, we wanted to better understand a question that is both simple and complex: What does it really mean to trust AI? In this study, we reviewed existing AI trust measures and developed a unifying framework with six key dimensions of AI trust, along with a 20-item scale that we hope will be useful for future research and practice.

As co-authors, we, John Dickens, Antonina Bauman, Hasan Uvet, and Hee Yoon Kwon,  want to sincerely thank the reviewers, Associate Editor, and Editor-in-Chief for their thoughtful comments and guidance. Their feedback helped us improve the paper in important ways, and we deeply appreciate the time and care they put into the review process.

We hope this work contributes, even in a small way, to ongoing conversations about AI trust, human–AI collaboration, and knowledge management.
